Amy Trinkle

Life can be so hard.

You feel like the walls are closing in on you and you can't breathe. You are struggling with worry, anxiety, and feelings of being overwhelmed. You have a never-ending to do list. You are always worried about your children. You are struggling to do everything for everyone, and you do not feel like you are enough. Or maybe you are going through a significant life transition, moving to college, career change, divorce. You know that you can't continue this life path, and you are ready to reach out for help. You are ready to move towards a happier, healthier life.

You can make real changes in yourself and in your relationships. You can learn skills to reduce negative feelings. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, respectful space where you can begin to heal.

About Me

For 26 years, I've helped people learn skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, & school/work concerns.

I know how difficult it is to ask for help. I've been where you are. This is a huge, courageous step and I would be honored to support your path of growth and self-fulfillment. It won't be easy, but it will be a rewarding journey towards finding your authentic self. If you are ready, please call or email me. I offer a 15-minute free consultation.
